Manage Active Sessions

Monitor all live activity with access requests under Active Sessions. Here, you can track all users and devices currently operating with elevated permissions.

  1. Login to the JumpCloud Admin Portal.

Important:

If your data is stored outside of the US, check which login URL you should be using depending on your region. If your organization uses LDAP, RADIUS, or requires firewall allow list configuration, the Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) will also be region specific. See JumpCloud Data Centers for the URLs, FQDNs, and IP addresses.

  1. Go to Access > Access Requests.
  2. On the Access Requests page, click Active Sessions.
    You will see two tabs:
    • Device Admin: View all users currently granted admin/sudo access, including their specific devices and remaining session durations. Once the user starts a session, this page is updated and you can view all users and device details.
    • Timed Access: View all users granted temporary access to specific resources, along with their approved durations.
  1. Go to each tab to view the details.
