If you work for a company that uses JumpCloud, you may have mistyped your email, or there may be a problem with your account. Follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are using your correct email.
  2. If you have confirmed you are using the correct email, then contact your IT team to make sure you are enrolled in Password Manager.

If you are an IT admin who currently uses JumpCloud, it is possible that you need to add yourself as a user in JumpCloud, and then enroll your user account into Password Manager. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your JumpCloud account as an admin and then create a user account for yourself.
