All OSes

Enhancements

• Updated bundled agent components, including the updater, browser extension host, Linux PAM and monitor components, and Windows credential provider components.

macOS and Windows

Enhancements

• Updated password reset policy text in the JumpCloud macOS Menu Bar App and JumpCloud Windows Tray App to list sequential-character and name-related password rules when those rules are enabled in org policy.

Windows

Enhancements

• Hardened the Windows agent installer by Authenticode-signing JumpCloudAgentActions.dll, so Smart App Control and App Control for Business are less likely to block agent install or uninstall.
• Hardened interactive OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Self-Service Account Provisioning sign-in by validating HTTPS host certificates before loading sign-in content.
• Updated the agent to support upcoming Active Directory migration, Windows KB patch reporting, and Microsoft Entra ID user binding.

Fixes

• Resolved failed Microsoft MDM auto-enrollment attempts and long retry backoff when devices sit at the sign-in screen. Auto-enrollment now waits for an interactive user session.
