JumpCloud Agent Release Notes for May 18, 2026

New Agent release (version  2.127.0)

Note:
  • Agent releases are rolled out over the course of the week. You may not see these changes right away.

Windows

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where Windows password changes failed when TOTP MFA was enabled. Users can now successfully change passwords through the Ctrl+Alt+Del and login-window flows without encountering TOTP errors.
  • Fixed an issue where repeating commands continued to execute after being removed from the system configuration. Removed commands no longer persist in the device queue.
  • Resolved a permissions conflict that impacted SentinelOne signal collection. The agent now successfully queries the SentinelOne service state on tamper-protected systems, restoring full security monitoring visibility.

Linux

Enhancements

  • Added support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 10.
