JumpCloud Agent Release Notes for March 2, 2026

Enhancements

  • Enhanced device signal reporting for CrowdStrike to ensure more accurate Conditional Access Policy (CAP) evaluation.

Windows

Enhancements

  • The agent now skips password sync attempts if a local user account is currently locked out, preventing unnecessary sync failures and reducing the risk of prolonged lockout durations.
  • Improved the reliability of agent and JumpCloud Go services on Windows during startup, shutdown, and update sequences. Services now stop cleanly during uninstallation or updates, preventing stuck processes and reducing the need for manual intervention during reboots or policy changes.
  • Device signals now include Windows OS version revision, enabling admins to create more precise CAPs based on patch level.
