macOS and Windows 

Enhancements

• The agent now supports AWS Client VPN authentication, allowing managed devices to verify posture and securely connect to AWS VPN gateways using their JumpCloud identity.
• Improved the UI of the Device Admin request approvals to better align with design guidelines.
• The Device Admin request form now requires users to provide a reason for approval requests to match security best practices in the Admin Portal.

Fixes

• Resolved an issue where the Device Admin request interface froze when an approval request failed. Users can now immediately retry or cancel without restarting the app.
• The Device Admin interface now consistently reflects administrative approvals and user cancellations from the Admin Portal without requiring a restart.

Windows

Enhancements

• Added the App Catalog feature to the Windows tray app that allows users to browse, search, and manage software applications directly from the system tray.
• Improved the App Catalog progress bars to update smoothly during software installations and updates, clearly displaying actual deployment status.

Fixes

• Resolved an issue with custom app status reporting. Newly deployed Windows software applications now display the correct installation status in the Admin Portal.
• Resolved an issue where the credential provider caused stuck login screens. It now properly reloads when provider settings change, restoring seamless user authentication during policy updates.
• Resolved a performance issue where devices with hundreds of managed users experienced login delays.

macOS

Enhancements

• Improved the UX in the macOS menu bar app for Required Apps to provide clearer information to users.

Fixes

• MDM unenrollment now correctly clears the local user mapping cache. This ensures policies apply properly when devices are re-enrolled and prevents user lockouts upon redeployment.
