Disable Google SSO in the Admin Portal

Prevent administrators from using Google Single Sign On (SSO) in the Admin Portal.

Important Considerations

• By default, SSO with Google for the Admin Portal is enabled.

Disabling SSO with Google for the Admin Portal

1. Log in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal.

If your data is stored outside of the US, check which login URL you should be using depending on your region. If your organization uses LDAP, RADIUS, or requires firewall allow list configuration, the Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) will also be region specific. See JumpCloud Data Centers for the URLs, FQDNs, and IP addresses.

2. In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Settings at the bottom.
3. Under Organization Profile > Administrator Management, select Disable SSO with Google for Admin Console.
4. Click Save.
