Remote Assist
- We’ve fixed an issue on Mac devices where the JumpCloud Remote Assist Agent app wouldn’t appear in the OS System Settings dialog when attempting to re-grant screen recording permissions after a user had denied them.
- We’ve resolved an issue with consent based remote assist sessions where the application was closing prematurely, before the 3 minute end user wait time had elapsed.
