Remote Assist

  • Resolved an issue with Remote Assist session launch for HelpDesk role.
  • Previously, if the Admin clicked End Session in the agent status bar, none of the buttons in the status bar would work for the end user. This is now fixed to allow only the end user to be able to click these buttons.
