Linux SSH + TOTP Login

In this simulation, you'll experience what it's like to log in to a local Linux system that has been bound to JumpCloud with MFA enabled. Users will enter their JumpCloud credentials to access the system.

How it Works

  1. Prerequisites: Enable public key authentication and TOTP MFA on the system, user is active and bound to the system.
  2. Open the terminal.
  3. Type in “SSH” and your username and hit "enter".
  4. Open your MFA app of choice (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc).
  5. Enter TOTP token and hit “enter”.
