Customer success at JumpCloud is more than support — it’s collaboration. You’ll foster close working relationships with customers by solving problems together. You’ll encourage customers and partners to think big and find new ways to get the most out of JumpCloud. You’ll learn our product’s feature set and capabilities inside and out — so well, in fact, that you’ll be able to anticipate customers’ and partners’ needs and remove barriers to help them make work happen. The insights you gain from interacting with customers and partners will directly influence product development, so you’ll have a strong sense of how your work fits into the bigger picture.
