What you’ll be doing:
As Salesforce System Administrator you will be responsible for executing the configuration, support, maintenance and improvements of our CRM platform. In this role, you will work with numerous departments including Finance, Support, Sales, Marketing and the core technology team. You will report to the VP of Finance and be responsible for managing our core Salesforce-based sales, support site, and knowledge base systems. This is a fast-paced position with the capability to help automate the many business processes that surround our SaaS application.
Your skills and qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, experience with CPQ is a plus.
Experience managing all administrative functions including user management, workflows, Communities, Validation Rules reports and dashboards and custom configurations
Proven ability to design and implement new processes that are robust and scalable
Proven ability to assist business users by analyzing and mapping business processes to existing Salesforce functionality and developing customizations or using third party apps when necessary.
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
A demonstrated track record of improving processes and effectiveness of the Salesforce.com platform
Salesforce Certified Administrator and experience with Communities is a plus.
Experience with MuleSoft and NetSuite are a plus.
Experience with Ringlead is highly desirable.
Self driven and able to effectively manage projects through to completion.
All JumpCloud development teams are Agile based, so experience with Agile/Scrum is desired.
Where you’ll be working
We have two offices in Colorado, one in Louisville and one in downtown Denver. Once we reopen office options you will have the opportunity to work from one of our office locations, flex your time or remain fully remote (in the U.S.).
